We are required by the manufacturer to maintain Factory-Trained Technicians who know the product better than any quick-service operation (Our factory Trained technicians have over 150 years of combined automotive experience). The factory issues bulletins to dealers concerning product updates and/or modifications that can benefit you. Our service advisors access our computer every time you come in for service to assure that all the latest modifications and engineering changes are available to you at no charge. Today vehicles are expensive and technically very sophisticated. Our staff is your best choice to maintain your vehicle.



Your new vehicle is protected by a factory warranty. However, the manufacturer does have the right to deny warranty coverage if you fail to service your vehicle at the factory required mileage intervals. We will maintain your vehicle and keep copies of your service records, adhering to the factory required service guidelines. Your service advisor based on your driving habits may recommend additional service to your vehicle.

When your vehicle is serviced here, our Courtesy Vehicle will not only take you to work, it will also
pick you up and bring you back. You’ll love the convenience of our two way shuttle in the Mike Anderson Limo.

Your 120 days sign and drive nationwide roadside assistance* provides Towing, Tire change, Fluid delivery, Jump Start, Lock-Out Service, 24 hours a day / 365 days a year.

Your coverage applies up to the first $75.00 of your emergency service, and you receive up to two services per 120 period. In addition, you may be eligible for $30.00 toward one day of Emergency Rental Car Coverage* from the dealership.



ROAD HAZARD TIRE PROTECTION

For a period of 120 days after receiving a qualifying vehicle service, our Service department will repair or replace a flat tire damaged by a road hazard. Coverage provides up to $20.00 to repair road hazard damaged tires or up to $150.00 to replace damaged tires, with a maximum limit of $150.00 per 120 day period. You must return to this Service Department for tire repair or replacement. If we determine the damaged tire is not repairable, we will replace it with a comparable new tire.

Coverage provided where applicable by state law. Services may not be available where state providers are exclusively utilized. Roadside Assistance dispatch services are administered by Emergency Response Marking Inc., a VAS company. Refer to your road assistance sticker located in your windshield of your vehicle for your account number and roadside assistance emergency phone number. Fixing it Right...The First Time

By having the most extensively trained service department in the state, you can rest assured that you vehicle will be fixed right, the FIRST time. We recommend our services based on factory schedule and the needs of the individual vehicle, not just according to a schedule which may or may not fit a particular vehicle's usage. This way we ensure that each vehicle that comes in gets the specific attention that it needs, all while remaining within the Manufacturer's warranty requirements.

Do you have Rental Cars?
Enterprise Rent-A-Car operates an office just northwest of our Service Drive! They can arrange to place you in a fine late model vehicle, while your car or truck is being repaired in our facility. Under certain circumstances, you may be eligible for alternate transportation from the manufacturer.

Will I pay more to have my car repaired at a Dealership?
Your repair should be very competitively priced with other facilities. Our shop labor rate is a variable rate based on the complexity of the repairs needed. We utilize standard estimating manuals to determine the labor amounts charged. Additionally, you can depend on receiving quality repairs made by the people who know your Chevrolet best! Additionally, most parts and service carry a 12 month 12,000 mile guarantee good at any or GM dealer across the nation! Some even carry a limited lifetime warranty.

I just need to get my oil changed. Will I have to wait very long?
At Mike Anderson, we understand the value of your time! We have quick service for your minor service needs. As part of our quick Service we can perform oil changes, tire rotations, transmission and different lubrication services. Many of these services can be performed while you wait! Almost all the GM vehicles starting with the 2004 models now have an oil life monitor that will let you know your vehicle is due for maintenance. When the monitor tells you it’s time to come in you will be due for at least Maintenance I or II. It will involve more than just an oil change. Do not take the chance on voiding your factory warranty by going somewhere that does not understand the new required service required by the manufacturer

I received a Survey from General Motors after my last visit. Is it important that I fill it out?
Chevrolet surveys customers after they have had warranty repairs performed to check on the performance of their dealers. It is very important that you take the time to fill out the survey carefully. The surveys are based on a pass/fail grade. Anything less than a completely satisfied response counts as a F. These surveys are your opportunity to let the manufacturers and dealers know how you feel about your new vehicle and the quality of repairs that you received. If for any reason you feel you can’t give us a completely satisfied grade we ask that you call and discus it with us and we will make every effort to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied we have not done or job. It's you our customer's that make our business possible! We want you to be Completely Satisfied with us!
